It’s the best time to enjoy peaches! Inspired by the classic “peaches and cream”, this dessert has a super dreamy food curious profile and is very easy to put together! Coconut ice-cream, a drizzle of maple-balsamic magic, juicy peaches, all finished with crushed pistachio. Extremely delicious!

INGREDIENTS
Coconut ice-cream (plant-based if you are vegan)
Ripe peaches
Maple Syrup
Balsamic Glaze
Balsamic Vinegar
Chopped Pistachio
DIRECTIONS
Wash your peaches and cut into slices. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix 1 part maple syrup, 1 part balsamic glaze and just a touch of balsamic vinegar. Yes, both the balsamic glaze and vinegar are necessary because the glaze helps preserve a syrup thickness, whereas the vinegar helps add a pop of tartness.
Scoop your ice cream on in a bowl. Place the sliced peaches all around. Pour over the maple-balsamic magic and finish with chopped pistachios.
